Kentucky Literary Map

[Kentucky Literary Map]

Designed and illustrated by Annette Cable, Louisville, Kentucky, the Kentucky Literary Map is truly a work of art. The map of Kentucky is superimposed over a three dimensional view of its landscape, which illustrates the theme

And it came to me all in a feeling how everything fitted together, the place and ourselves and the animals and the tools, and how the sky held us. I saw how sweetly we were enabled by the land and the animals and our few simple tools.
-Wendell Berry A Place on Earth.

The Kentucky Literary Map has title icons for leading Kentucky's writers listed in order of the number of votes they received in the surveys conducted by the KCTE/LA and the Center for the Book at the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives. All attendees of KCTE/LA Conferences since 2000 have been offered copies.
